Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our kayaks, sailing gear, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • A proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom Sail Loft products (made-to-order sails)
  • Hobie Sails (special order items)
  • Installed or used Fish Finder Accessories
  • Foul Weather Gear showing signs of wear
  • Gloves and Hats

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely with all original documentation

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when complete

Exchange Process

For eligible items:

  • We ship your replacement after receiving the original product
  • Customer covers shipping costs for both items
  • Price differences for higher-value items must be paid

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  2. Provide photos of the damage/defect
  3. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover all shipping costs
