Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom Sail Loft products (made-to-order sails)
- Hobie Sails (special order items)
- Fish Finder Accessories that have been installed or used
- Foul Weather Gear that shows signs of wear
- Gloves and Hats (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange
- Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely and include all original documentation
- Ship your return to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Exchange Process
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- You will be responsible for shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
