Are your kayaks suitable for beginners?
Yes! We offer a range of kayaks suitable for all skill levels, from beginner-friendly paddle kayaks to advanced pedal kayaks with fishing capabilities. Our product descriptions clearly indicate the recommended skill level for each model.
Can I get custom sails made?
Absolutely! Our Custom Sail Loft creates high-performance sails tailored to your specific needs. Please note custom orders require additional production time before shipping. Contact us for details about customization options and lead times.

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our San Jose, California hub at 1603 Ford Street.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom items and large products like kayaks may require additional processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with tracking information. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or product, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order.
